The Zauner pastry shop, known far beyond our borders, was founded in 1832 by Johann Zauner. There they bake the Gugelhupf according to the original recipe by Katharina Schratt, create hearty sweet pastries and have been making the “Original Zaunerstollen” for almost 100 years, which is shipped all over the world.
